Dont the pups take a higher percentage of their genes from the dam ? (dont quote me, I might be wrong) Which if correct would suggest a greyhound dam alot more suitable to minimise waste

Glad to see someone pulling the numbers in. We've had a few 20+ bags and plenty in the teens, but its been hard work with the bunnys being reluctant to bolt. No 30 bags yet though

We've had plenty of healthy rabbits in the past few weeks, fatty kidneys etc, had a beauty last week, a big doe that dwarfed the others

It takes it toll does a days ferreting, had a few hour this morning myself. Came straight home, dinner and an hours kip on setee haha. My 5mth old pup did well marked up on 2 setts and both were holding.

They always bolt from the hole you miss. We went out today, thick hedgerows so you always miss an unseen hole, luckily the 12g managed to sort the runners

Similar story to my border, he was around 4 month old and a nervous wreck, I felt sorry for him so I bought him,think he'd had some hammer hes around 11-12 month now and with a lot of patience hes really come out of his shell. Cant wait to see how he gets on below

Get some posters up local, you'd be surprised. As wippy said some councils send strays miles away, mx mates dog went missing and ended up in a home about 25mile away
