    Hi there Si very nice wright up as always there mate... enjoyed the evening very much.. not fussed about not bagging i had a couple from the spot where i laid up on sunday cant win all the time.     Yep i will be at yours sharply at 1730 hrs today pal with rifle and lamping gear. Im coming from Wollaton Park buddy so not too far to travel. Ive got the green light from the long haired General (LJ ) Si. no probs mate ill get home from work sharpish an don the cammo, oh think im going to have to do a bit of gaffer tape bodgeing of the lamp to night. the new scopes a 30 mil tube and i ant got the new clamp yet. ill be ready an waiting pal.     i'v been moe this last winter than i was in the summer,, the weather means nothing to me, ill go out what ever the weather.. but like many iv been shooting or seeing very little over the harsh winter months so havent had to much to right about, was out sunday though and from what i saw this summer will be a very good one,, so will be haveing to do my little bit to wards keeping the crops growing...     looks like you had a fun day there pal..cant beat free decoys and dinner can you... gutting when the bunnys get to ground ant it....have trouble at plunger with this,cant shoot anything near a headge as there full off holes and i do mean full....you will see on sunday pal... ps... dont have to bring you dive bottle if you dont want mate....can just use myn..save you driving all the way up hear with it...up to you though pal... atb Andy

    well i'm kind of in two minds about this at the moment... would i zero my rifle with out the bipod........no.. would i static hunt with out it..........no. however while out at the weekend my bipod fell out of favor with me a little. after it decidet to take a bite out of my new stock,,,, so after a little paddy it was thrown into the gun bag like a toy out my pram...... however this made the gun lighter for the mooching about style hunting that was the plan for the afternoon.(where the bipod gets very little or no use) set about doing some targets prons sitting standing..

    Id say there a bit better than the smk. have a fenix hear and it has a loverly lump of wood on it. the build quality good and robust. i think there trigger unit lets them down a little. but for what you pay for them there a good little gun,, can get them very reasnoable in the 2nd hand market...

    How much are you all paying for them,, normal ones and rechargeable's.... from my local shop and wilkos there about a £5 each for energizer one's.. but i found a pack of 2 in sainsburys for £5.95 the pair and there duracell plus.. just wondered how much people are paying... i have 2 recareales but for some reason my lamp dont like them and wont work with them..

Simon its a shame you as far away from me or id let you have a play with the s400, is go an ampidexturous stock on it let you have a feel for Air Arms. .177 pellet on pellet when the muppet on the end of it do's his job right...

    not shure on them mate...the "mag" fly well and groupe good out my gun i also tryed some of there long range gold at the weekend...altho i dident try them at long range at 30m there were all over the place,,,with my gun anyway.

    Which one is it Rossy ? Would it be the Transfer port seal ? S427 ?     any one got a spear seal for the 410 its the main or069 o ring i belive, you no that peskey one you have to place on when fitting the bolt action back on to the res..... any help much apreciated... cheers Andy

    dont go stinking of your best aftershave...... get your hunting clothes and lob them out side and forget them for a few days,come rain or shine...dry them out if needs be and never wash them again... but as above make shure you can put the pellet in the right place..more important than anything elce. all the best with it mate.
