  4. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What course It still would have been illegal to kill it, the hunting with dogs act does'nt state anything about injured animals just that is is illegal to kill them with dogs. But intent is a different thing an injured animal like that could have been killed by any dog. Im sure if LDR dog hadnt accidentally killed it then he would have done so with his hands MOLL. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Molly, can i just back up jessdales comments here. The hunting with dogs act does actually talk about injured hares here in this extract. "5. Retrieval

    Anyone heard

Seriously? But does he have the right to shoot hounds if they're hunting through his sheep field and he thinks they're hunting them?? Sheep really are one thing i hate, they start going mad at the sound of the hounds, nevermind being in the same field. To be honest really wouldn't expect a farmer to report us, we just sometimes get a stern word, but once we get talking and they see who we are they mostly settle down. The odd time you get a psycho farmer out with the shotgun, had a few dodgy moments really not funny at the time, but in the pub after you can smile about them!!! I'm sure yo

Lucky a question mate, your the expert! Wouldn't mind having a few rollers about the place, only keep O.E.G bantams at the moment, but do the rollers just stay in them kit boxes all year round? and i take it theres sufficient ventilation getting through in that Mesh gap above the door? My bantam coops wouldn't be far off that, just on a smaller scale, but they've got a big run and then locked up at night. Would them birds be allowed out to fly once a day or more often than that? Cheers,
  7. Yes a Special Protection Order was placed on the Irish Hare in 2003 (bottom line .. you can't kill one!) Mightened be 100% here Bolio but, your right the order is reviewed every year, around Janurary i think, and then the minister can decide what to do. I think (not 100%) that Angela has now been placed in charge of Education and Jeff Rooker has now taken over the reigns for the enviroment and agriculture, which is excellent news as he voted against the ban on hunting in England and Wales, so hopefully the future is brighter. He also got a standing ovation at Balmoral Show due to his v
