  3. if your looking for big bags get your self out in 70+mph the rabbits are blowing about like tumble weed you just open your bag and let them role in.
  4. it says 39mph round my way but there is hardly any wind out side so they have either got it wrong or it hasn't got here yet. ill be out tho not to fussed what the weather is like if i waited for these perfect nights i would not get 4/5 out a season never mind a week whitch i like to get out.
  5. ask what your mates are running if there dogs are doing well then there cross is obviously suited to the land you will be running. if they are useing different crosses then pick the cross that you like the running style of and the quarry they are taking with it. also get a pup then you know what your getting and if you get stuck with any of its training then just ask on here there are plenty of lads that know what they are on with.
  6. to put it simple for you old shape goes anywere new shape goes nowere. if its a vitty your after you will pick a good old shape jlx up for £500 and they are good motors they go anywere with a good set of tyres they are cheap to run, tax and insurance. the only problem the old ones have is there only a 1.6 so you have to kick ther heads in all the time off road but the engins can take my mate had one that was out lamping 4 nights a week and off roading for 5/6 hours over the week end and it NEVER broke down. hope this helps.
  7. i was having a cig in my yard when a staffy bitch with tits full of milk came in my yard so a brought it in to the back yard then went and asked about to see if anyone knew whos it was. no one knew whos it was so i rang the dog warden and told them ive got a staffy in my yard with tits full of milk they said they can not come out and get it as it was later than 10.30 and asked if i could keep it till the morning i said no as ive got no were to keep her so he said all i can do is tell you to let her go and rome the streets and some one else should find her tomorrow . what a set of to**ers they
  8. temprement wise they are excellent as a rule. ive got 3, a 4 year old a 1 1/2 years old and a pup 18 weeks old ive had them all from a pup and they are all spot on with people and other dogs. they are good with my kids a 3 and 1 year old. they are good out side all day and good in the house at night.i very rarely have them on a lead they all walk by my side stop and sit at all roads, even when on the fields they will not run round unless i tell them to. no matter what they are doing if i say no they stop, they were all very easy to train. as said above not all will bring back live to hand one
  9. There's a few that have, look at the feed back. Just shows people don't look at stuff before they buy it. can you stick a link up.

  15. thats cheap ive been looking on the compare sites and the cheapest ive got for a daihatsu fourtrak is £4600 as a new driver im 27:wallbash: so i had a look at a subaru impreza wrx estate and it was £1600 feck knows how they work it out they must just pull the first number that pops in to there head.
  16. i found one a couple of years ago in a mates garden it was shedding when i picked it up it stank was later told the let off a sent when they feel threatened.
  17. Good luck. A fully charged battery is something like 12.8v a fully flat one is 12.1v i think. I would suggest having a look on a Caravan website for a tester. They will have good info about it, and chargers too. HTH Arch. thanks
  18. anyone know of a good 12 volt battery tester at a fair price. also how do i use them? or a good charger with tester built in. i sick of going out with fecked batterys of ones that are only half charged. thanks hullhunter.
  19. get some pics up and a price would be a good start.
  20. if its in the lamp mine get slipped.
  21. why do you ask ??? have you something for sale or are you thinking of selling one ??? no mate i have nothing for sale and my dogs will not be for sale ever. the reason i asked is there was a thread on asking £600 for a lamping dog and i was curious as to how much people would be willing to pay for a working lurcher. ive never bought an adult ive had all my dogs from pups. which have been bred by myself or my family with the exception of my 1st dog witch i got at 8 weeks old from someone local for £.
