I think the point is Tomo is that you are asking for a procedure and they are refusing, give you alot of bollocks and asking you to take an alternative route where they can make even more money. Thing is with any job if your not trained in it then you will think it difficult but most of these small operations i bet they could do in there sleep. Its one of these jobs where they can put on any price and you just have to grit your teeth and get it done.
