I reckon its all about the dog and nothing to do with the owner. You lads train your dogs to catch game, they have a natural instinct to chase. At training stage if you decided to stop a pup one minute then the next egg it on the dog would get confused and you would loose the bond your trying to build with your dog and end up with a timid nervous dog not sure of its purpose. They key is to know your dog. If your hunting up then know the signs that there is game in the area you either slip the lead over its head or let it chase. Its not rocket science.....

I wont argue with you GTO i reckon you know a hell of a lot more than me on the subject but there certainly needs to be something done about an athlete who takes for example a 'nasal spray' and ends up being accused of drug taking. I know of no drug that you take that makes you run 5 secs faster or whatever only drugs that enhance the hard work you put in. I dont get your point on eductaing kids on drugs....i'm sure the budding athletes at a young age could tell the difference between some performance enhancing drugs and an Ecstacy tablet...

Why dont they just allow all these substances and see what happens. I mean its not like he's is wearing 2 robotic legs and winning races. These drugs are performance related so everyone should benefit, or do some people benefit more than others? If so then that would be a reason for banning.

Oh i dont know Wilf i reckon with the players you have you definately have the potential to be a quality side. Just take a certain type of manager to bring that out. For me that manager is Harry and has been for a few years now. Glad too see the men at the top have bottled it again and chosen someone else. Still think it has alot to do with the 'bung' scandal Harry was involved with.............who knows? Been hearing about the quality of our players and our potential for ever and a day mate, no offence but when you put them together on the world stage they look like a mid table SPL tea
