It's not the 10 miles that's the bitch but the 4'000ft ascent and 4'000ft descent, lol. Follow the paths I think is most people's advice, any other way and you're gonna end up airlifted off, lol. Oh and aim to get it all done before 8-9am. The paths are like a f*****g motorway after then! Will you watch in a few years time when Darren Fletcher's past it and possibly playing out the last few games of his career at Celtic? Rumours for a while he would come to Celtic or Rangers.....imo the boy is f*****g useless. They reckon between 3 and a half to 5 hours for average walkers........................im hoping for somewhere around 2 and a half ............as long as i get their first i dont care how long it takes.............bit childish a running race.....but a bets a bet No idea how physically fit you are mate but you'll have to be good on endurance if you want up there in 2 and a half. We were up in around 3 and a half if I remember correctly but that was waiting on others catching up at times. Well i'm trying my hardest to train 4 days a week but mostly i only manage 3. I eat chicken like its going out of fashion, with rice, pasta or noodles. Trying to eat healthy all the time is a struggle too. I take creatine and try and drink 2 500ml Extreme Mass Protein shakes everyday. I have kept at the same weight pretty much but seen massive differences in my body shape and good gains on lifts in the 8 months ive been doing it......

He's jealous mate, they are light years behind us when it comes to ovine related pleasure seeking in his part of Wales.
