Always thought I have good circulation cause I never seem to get cramp but what I do is similar to you Boots. I wake up in the middle of the night and its like my hand is dead, or it feels like my fingers are sort of twisted over my hand. I never seem to wake up fully and sometimes think I'm dreaming?? Or is it some kind of night cramps due to the way I sleep???

Yes i know....a second yellow but it was coming with all his diving in. Although i still think it was a bit harsh since the player managed to whip the ball in anyway well before his following leg clipped him. Not a yellow in my book, especially if its a yellow which inturn sends a player off and awards a penalty. Agree on Griffiths i think that has been the biggest mistake that Strachan has made even before he got a game under his belt. Load of pish. Alan Carrs dad was the manager of a football team when he was growing up and tried to get him involved. He still turned out bent. Ok Baw there's the welsh lads exaggerating again.... It wasn't 4 mins Fletcher got taken aff it was only secs.... Lol Then we got battered for 30 mins.....then we got into the game and scored with a lovely worked header. Then second half snodgrass did dive in, but it's debateable if it was a sending off sort of tackle and the ref changed his mind and gave a pen( no bitterness here). They scored off it, JUST!!!!
