sounds to me like that dog got hypoglysemia not jacked ,,, its blood sugar has gotten to low for the amount of running that was asked of it.... not evry dog has the same amount of wind in the tank, after all there flesh and blood not machines. Would you say, Tomo, that a fair few people don't know that (sadly) and call a dog a jacker when, in fact, it isn't? proberbly is a lot that dont know,,,esecialy young lads new to it,,, but we all have to lern somwhere,, theres allways a first time for evrybody , and if you aint seen one go over befor, feck it looks scary. Its nearlie always jocks who bang on about fen dogs being no good! is it because you havent got any good feilds up there? I was up there last week and I didnt see any? or is it an inbreed fear of open spaces? For centurys every time a scots men stepped on a big feild thed be a well organised English army on the other side of it who would march on over and defeat your cowering soldiers? . . . fair enough duckwing,i to run from the borders to perthshire,caithness is played out now .no point ,but as i have already stated.i have no wish to be a fen runner,and you will know the borders have some very very big patches indeed.we jocks as you call us have a right of access up here .so there is no need for me to come down the m6.there are a few on here who have witnessed my dogs do the buisness on all terrain ,my dicks big enough for me,and thats all that matters ive ran dogs for 32 years and believe me ive had my eyes opened many a time,ps a good scottish mate = a great mate,as you will
