    Plenty of how too's on youtude and if your after a bit of spalted beech just find a beech tree that has dropped a branch cut a bit and leave it in a plastic bag for a few months then dry it out

    For using a taser on a terrier type dog they are yes! Of course the dog is the victim, because of some one elses incompetence it has been put in a stiuation where its attacked some one and then because of the stupidity of the coppers involved been electrocuted, terrified, electrocuted some more and then shot dead! I'm very sorry for the people who have been hurt and I hope they both make a full recovery but there is no such thing as a dangerous dog only dangerous owners!

    Your worried about the "poor dog" you have kids? No I dont have kids, I understand that a dog has hurt a child and another person but the last thing it needs is shooting/sticking with what ammounts to a high powered cattle prod, all that that is going to do is make an already stressed and confused dog even more terrified and stressed and make it even more dangerous and likely to hurt some one else! Either shoot the poor sod on the spot or find a way to contain it but dont go winding it up even more

    Just mental! if that had been a sportsman with a legally held shot gun doing the same thing there would have been outrage but because it's a policeman its perfectly safe??? WTF? first they taser the poor thing, several times by the sound of it, and then have to shoot it because the morons with the tasers have scared the living cr*p out of it and it ran away! Why are these incompetent morons allowed to even drive let alone run around our streets with fire arms and tasers??

    Started watching it but turned it off because 1) it was crap 2) it was presented by idiots 3) it was typical BBC these days, more sensationalism that factual 4) robowolf was the final nail in the coffin, how could you take that seriously??

    it relates to the total length of the weapon but I dont think there is a minimum barrel length rather the minimum lenght applies to whether or not the weapon has a removable stock, such as a take down rifle, if its under a certain length it is classed a pistol, air pistols are limited to 6ft/lbs, so if you have a rifle that can still be fired with the stock removed or if its under a certain length you have an over the legal limit pistol

    its some thing like 26 inches I THINK been a while since I had to think about stuff like that on the other hand cutting the barrel down basically screws every thing up, if you dont recrown the barrel you wont be able to hit a barn door at 20 feet, a shorter barrel causes a drop in velocity and increases vibration (if your talking springers) a shorted barrel means less of a cushion of air infront of the piston and can lead to some very nasty stuff happening to the rifle at worst causing the cylinder to split and possibly the whole thing comming apart which is very not good ignore all th

    this is all I use for my carving cheap mora crook knife for making the bowls and spoons other than that just a leccy drill and an angle grinder with various grade grit flap sander wheels and a selection of axes and hand saws
