i do not class my working dogs as pets ,not to say i dont try and give them the best i can,feeding,kenneling ect,iv lost a few good dogs over the years and have been gutted on more than one occasion,but this is the game we are in and losses are all to frequant,a pet dog imo is a family dog,indoors comfort for the wife and kids ect,yet i suppose the definition of pet can be interpreted in different ways,i dont have to come home and face the family with bad news ref loosing another dog that they may have all become attached to,just my oppinion thats all totaly agree mate

maybe it took a really bad beating from a buck rabbit at the other end of that burrow just remember to change the batteries after every outing Richard sure the other two ferrits would hav tried 2 chase the rabbit
