  11. Right well, long story short when my mum moved into her house a few years ago they had a bench above the bench was a deep planting area. Now last year she wanted it all cleared and barked so I pulled the mint out and turned over the soil (I'm no gardener so no clue what I was doing) anyway it was great job. UNTIL the mint grew back, so again I dug it out soil an all (back breaking) then she put on some strong weed killer.put meal bags over it and barked the whole thing. It's grew back again, through the meal bags! we can't kill it it's unbelievable, been dug out, pulled out turned

  13. Good job that David It is handy having the bigger ones as they have plenty of room to run about dry off helping the others out the egg My one doesn't have a viewing window so I peek through a little vent hole to see in. Back is aching for 21-22 days

  16. Never had a small one only 48 (far too big) but I've not heard bad things about those wee brinsea ones , there's a 7 egg one they do as we'll I think. But seeing as I've never used one myself I can't really rate it hopefully someone will have knowledge though
  17. Been lovely this week, sun splitting the trees here. I'm unsure what the temp was yesterday but it was warm. Sat outside with a cup of coffee enjoying it had all animals running about they also loved it, coffee was cut short by one of the pigs sticking her big snout in it and spilling everywhere. But other than that very relaxing - got a taste of summer. Could even smell BBQ coming from some where! Saying it'll be 18C today as well. I don't normally sit in the sun but been enjoying it. Hope you all got the sunshine too.
