so max and kim are litter brother and sister .kim being the mother to my pup who was also smokey x dancer ...iam sort liking the sound of this bolio.. iam not sure without making a phone call wether there was just one smokey x dancer mating or two...can you shed any light on this bolio..?? heres a pic of razor ..iam just going to add that the hares on this pic where flushed by razor and taken with the falcon.....

i just had a pm of dean 29 and he said his dog didnt really get he found it on the side of the road.... ROAD KILL.. and he was so glad he found it because after taffy had ripped him he had no money left to feed his family ...fooking pmsl... aint that true dean

some interesting thoughts ...but ive seen many a hare get up put its ears back and run flat out ..without a dog behind it ...just because its got wind of you or the dog ...on fen and field ..and as you know you get them hares that get up and slowly skip off flicking there back legs and tail..trying to show the preditor that its fit and strong ....seen this on fen and field also ..many many times .....so to say a hare only runs a fast as its chased ..mmmmmm maybe in some cases ..but certainly not all ....just my opinion...

never tried it day time but ive called a few in at night some years back ..i remember one in particular i got it within 3 .4 yards maybe closer then that ..it was just hoping round right in front of me ...i was with running dog of this site he said it couldnt be done ....thats the closest i ever got one ..but yes it can be done.....

if they are there at night time ..they are there through the day ....maybe not big numbers like at night but they are there ...they just take a bit more finding a bit more work and walking .... Or a dog that could find them yes or a dog that can find em...lolol.but dont use one of these fen bred dogs because there cant hunt with there noses and are to slow for little fields ...and cant run on rough rocky ground iam lead to belive ..lololol

i will just say this then iam of this thread....there isnt many dogs that will do 6 good hares .infact there as rare as hens teeth ...you always get a weak or green or yearling ...whatever ...then theres hares that are or can be uncatchable no matter how good your dog is ....then theres the ground to take into consideration...on the day is it in your dogs favour or the hares...plough leafy ....bottomless wet ...ect ect ....may i also state that when i had six out of six i never said they where all good hares ...ive had better days when ive caught 3.s and fours..better runs..but all the same

bottom pic on the left of the three....he has a real likeness of him when he was a pup...its his 5th season this time... hes been a real pleasure to have and has more then done his job for me...hopefully a few seasons left in him to.... good luck....with the pups ....i hope they all get a good home .... all the best.....
