cheers for your help lads some good links there thank you . :thumbs-up: .....macker it does seem like a hell of a lot of rules and regs .. but to get the right pooch it might be worth it its a lot of dosh too .. miles you have a pm cheers mate .. :thumbs-up: LB...why two dogs ...the arabs value there dogs very highly they mostly go off the colour of a womens eyes and the body of coarse but they like green eyes for some reason and offer a good deal if you have that colour ....

i went to egypt years ago with a ex girlfriend and the blokes kept offering me camels for her ..i wonder if i could get a well bred saluki in exchange for you..?????mmmmmm worth thinking about ..dont worry i wouldnt leave you out there LB i would sort a rescue mission out ... :ph34r:

miles any info would be great i dont want the yanky stuff really but if you could ask him about importing and such he might even know about the desert bred stuff as thats what iam really interested in ..cheers miles .. frank the contact i have ..i was speaking to him yesterday he dosnt know anything about dogs but he has an house out there which he lets out and he speaks arabic very well it would only cost me the flight out there he has been going out there for years and i showed him a pic of saluki and he told me he has seen them out there in the villages......and with him speaking t

ones been shot... my mate has the other thats doing well but they havent been tested to the max yet so its hard to tell but iam more than happy with mine for what its done so far i got him for an allrounder and hes seems to be making one ..have you any pics of yours ????the lad we got em off has a bitch aswell what he kept back thats not doing to bad either ....get some pics up of her if you can

is it flicking about and cant settle thats what usally happens ..bathe in warm water thats all i do i bought some shampoo called quistel is a organic shampoo its really good stuff for all sorts of skin problems but dont worry to much your dog will be fine in a day or so .... :thumbs-up:

why not just cut it up into daily potions and frezzer bag it one sharp machtee and and lump of wood to cut them on is all you need ..why mince it the dog has teeth in its head for the plus it cleans them at the same time ....

i will try them on whole trout then i was just thinking about the sharp little bones in the fish but if your dogs dont have problems with em the i dont see why mine should and if they choke to death i will blame you cheers doxhope some good addvice there mate

i have used mincers in the past and dont bother anymore but if you do use one the best way to clean them out is run some wholemeal bread or brown bread though them after and mix it in with the flesh its also good for you dogs go to the bakers at the end off the day they will give it you cheap ..

i dont really see the point off minceing a rabbit i just gut it and give it them whole ...the fur the lot ...

i have never given them the lot i always fillet the fish so you think it would be ok to give the the bones and the lot ..????theres as much goodness in the head as there is in the whole body of any fish i think fish is part of a good diet for any animal carnivore of cousre ...and if boiled give them the liquid aswell then they are having the whole thing shallow boil so its like a good stock ..

if you go to fresh fish stalls at the end off the day you can pick it up for next to nothing fillet the macrel or any oily fish they love it ..but when i cant get fresh i must admitt i give the tins off sardines or tuna what do about think of giving a dog a whole fish the bones and the lot i do quite a bit off trout fishing :whistle: and have never really given them a whole raw fish what do you think about the bones ect ...????or even cooked or do you think it should be filleted..????

hope you get em back mate ..i had four ferrets nicked last year i went round my local town and did some enquiries it took me one day after a few phone calls ..when i say one day i was at it from 6.30 in the morning till night time i got the feckers back after kicking a few smack heads doors in i wont say what i did to them as when i said before on here the post got deleted but they wont be coming in my back garden again or the village i live in .... good luck to you friends in there search

i dont give my dogs any oils at all i used to but now i just feed them fish once or twice a week eithier tuna or sardines or mackrel mine seem to be in good nick and have good coats i think its better if the oil is naturally in the foods jmo...

not trying to get at anyone here but if you are going to buy an already working dog should you not try it out first..i.e. trail for a couple of days or go out with the person whos selling it ...if us the buyers ; did our homework properly then it wouldnt need to get sold on ....just a thought ...its different when you bring a pup on for a certain quarry and it dosent make the grade for that certain quarry..but if you have bruoght the dog on right it will be good for one off our quarries .e.g. say i bought a pup for old long ears and he didnt make the grade if i the owner brought him on right h
