"Spice" (actually any random synthetic cannabinoid sprayed on herbs) is fecking terrible shit and a direct result of prohibition, if weed wasn't illegal no one would have ever f****d about with synthetic cannabinoids and if the original, relatively harmless, JWH series of synthetic cannabinoids hadn't been banned we never would have seen these newer generations that have got progressively stronger with more worrying side effects. Does caffeine actually affect your stomach? I don't think I could give up tea Have you tried switching to green tea? I just a have normal tea hit first thing in the morning & then rest of the day green tea. when I got the camera down my throat they told told me the diameter of it was 8mm and just to continually swallow, my f@ck it felt as if I was swallowing the garden hose I know they like to get the camera down to eliminate any serious stuff but 9 times out of ten its a hiatel hernia and alot of the time it can be not enough acid.not to much. I'd like to visit St Petersburg and also see some of the famous WW2 battlefields, there are other places that would be just as interesting as well like Estonia or Latvia, I've never been to Eastern Europe...maybe in another lifetime. Give me a British version of that and I'm sold....by the way I have actually listened to all of his speeches (you see I always do my research) and if you did the same you would see he is highly intelligent unlike our politicians and if you were a Russian you would probably love him. I am a ptriot at heart but I am never going to jump with joy at the prospect of destroying some third world shit hole just for lols....I've worked in several that we have caused havoc in and it was embarrassing to talk to the locals. Yes Ronny I have acid reflux or GERD probably caused by smoking, it weakens the muscles in the oesophagus which allows acid to come back up. They are behind a wall an huge economic one, they are acting big because they are weak....it's reminiscent of Germany in the 1930s if you like historical parallels. They have modernised their military which looks impressive but they are no match for the US let alone NATO. The Russians aren't coming for us, we're coming for them, the reason they used power in the Ukraine is a sign of weakness, they had no choice as it's the route all invading armies have used.

I dont believe what comes out of their outlets, I am a big believer in 'least path of resistance' i.e what seems the most obvious is likely to be the case. I generally likem to see documents or video footage before believing anything as it's harder to fake. Anyway a strong Russia would probably be good for the West, it would stop our fussing over idiotic details like the Middle East, if we have to have an enemy let it be a great one.
