  5. i own an old vitara the ones before the grand your looking at...and if the grand is anywhere near as good as the old ones id say snap it up.£900.00 for a suzuki thats done only 44k is a massive bargain...mines done 113.000 and still flying about...my friend up the road owns one, loves it,they are quite small but take the seats out the back as i have done and you have plenty of room for dogs guns etc....brilliant cars, ultra reliable, cheap to run,tax and insure....grab it before you miss out mate.

Will the tax fee change? what do i do about insurance? do i have to
  9. hi folks.i have an automatic clay trap with motorised base and the carousel multiple clay holder,as it stands i have the base, all the motors, wires in tact and the turntable top with a male type fitting on top...i have a few parts missing...i am presuming its the throwing arm and some kind of attatchment that fits the carousel to the base plate...is there any of you folks that are in the know that could help me with what bits are required...sorry to be so vague but i dont know where to start looking...its a very similar trap to those made by bowmans although it has a name that shows no links wh

  13. i have a very nice suzuki vitara jlx i may consider swapping for a pick up truck...something the size of a toyota hilux would be ideal maybe smaller...im just testing the water to see whats out there really..i am starting a log delivery round so need something to suit...my car an L reg 94/95 model.body work is excellent..112,000 miles only.runs brilliantly, starts 1st time everytime.no problems mechanically whatsoever.1.6 petrol engine, economical, back seats taken out so room for dogs/guns etc (i still have the seats).it will have a years tax and mot on it.4 good tyres no wear inc spare.one smal

  15. i would just like to say a massive thankyou to you guys..cant believe the responses on here...i have gone from having a broken gun with no prospects to an amazing offer of free repair and the advice recieved has been awesome.i am very grateful and hope i can return the favour one day...my rifle will be winging its way up north in the next couple of days and with any luck it aint fooked beyond repair..thanks to phantom and andy for you huge generosity...

  17. mine is the camargue??..i do have a scope with mine too bud..its a tasco AG4 x 40 WA ....is that any good???
  18. yes mate very much like that one with slightly shorter barrel, and there is no knurling or carving up the wood except where you grip with the trigger hand.and it even has the same leather strap with lanyards.
  19. thanks again guys..i cant get the pics onto my netbook at the mo..does anyone know where there are some images of old air arms side levers..i cant find any...i can then tell u exactly what model it is from the images....i think it maybe a sports carbine barrel (shorter?))..
  20. Andy..thats such a generous offer,im sure i could cough up for postage and parts, are parts generally expensive??,,i guess thats a daft question really as you wont know til you see the gun, hahah.
  21. wow you guys are so helpfull..i really appreciate....Phantom...its definately a side lever..i think maybe an ambidextrous stock too.
  22. ps..Phanton...it looks nothing like the ones in your pic..more like a traditional rifle,at a guess id say its from around the 's....it does have quite a short barrel, maybe 6-8 inch from end of the stock/wood and has some kind of groove/slot which would take the silencer.
  23. wow...thanks for the help guys.....ill try get some pics done, the gun is in bits at the mo...the only writing or marking on the gun is on the top where the scope sit,and it just says air arms...looking at it breifly i didnt realise the rear of the gun could be broken down, ill look a little closer,i am in the bath area in the south west...i know if i take it to a local gun shop they will have to send it off for repair which as i said dont really have the money to throw at it...ill get some pics together and maybe that will help matters..thanks again guys.
  24. Had my 95 jlx for a year now and im gonna run it into the ground....i paid 400 for mine ,the seller wanted 650 but i told him the clutch had gone...it hadnt,it was just stuck/stiff coz the car had been stood for a month.i knocked a couple hundred off the price and drove home smiling...i have never looked back since.....the only work mine needed was the body mounts had rotted,150 for welding and the car looked like it just rolled out the forecourt...it had 106-000 miles....automatic clutch...which means it will tick over very fast when started from cold.it kicks straight upto to 2000 revs then
