    I had that once with a pup i bought off of some one that was in poor condition.I took it to the vets and he said it was lacking in protean proberbly due to being fed the wrong food with to much protean in as a young un.so when you bring the pup home and feed it the right food it leaves it clucking for very high protean food.so the vet give me tablets to gently increase its protean level so it wouldent eat its shit.but you can stop it your self by adding tuna or chicken,beef ext.. to its grub that should stop it after a couple of days
