    My old dog could jump 8ft up and over every time but i wouldn't really want anything higher than that fence wise.

    a quick dog with good acceleration and turning but must be keane as. iv had 26 inch deerhound x that was immense on bunnies but also other stuff she was just one of them dogs if you know what i mean. But if i set out for a dog what you want one for i wold go for summat like i got now 21'' greyhound collie bedy whippet prob the most ugly little bitch about but shes off to a good start.

    id say bedlington is the worst x for this never heard a collie x yap yet. My pup does the sands when running with the big dogs but i aint worried as she will NOT be entered to early

    nice dog pal just acquired a collie x myself so far a pleasure to own(not look at though) she is a proper scruffy little thing but so far what a dog i will see how she does in the winter but fur and feather no problem she just a little poachers style dog you wouldn't think she can run but she can shift

    There was a copper round here that had a thing in the paper to phone his police mobile if anyone saw anybody in this town with lurchers . And he would right bullshit to get you done get other coppers to lie for him get you done then take you in back of van give you a kickin or if he ever saw you drinking do you in then get you done for d and d police assault resisting arrest if they wanna be they can be total to$$?®$

    I have a mate who is trying to get rid of his bitch for the same reason, i told him to wait and see. i had one where it would not work till it was 18 month. He got stolen at 4 month, dint get him back til he was 12 month and the time he was away he did nothing at all and he came good very good infact but if you dont believe in the dog then getting rid is best really.

    It also depends what you want a lurcher to i like mine to a very high standard and very versatile i take mine shooting expect birds or rabbits to be retrieved well but i dont want them chasing birds while out i expect them for teeth but soft mouthed for everything else but after saying that i would still say a gundog but then again aren't they meant to be easier to train than a bull x or saluki x but the only way would be to ask somebody who does the lot all to a very high standard
