  6. Only a few ways how you lose a dog. 1.dog not trained properly and has bolted paniking looking for you. 2.its hit something and done its self in, because if its just injured or trapped it would yelp like hell and you would here it.
  7. I would try the dog with cooked chicken for a few days and it should destroy that,if it does then its just a fussy bugger if he still has the same problem with chicken then its a trip to the vet.ive never had a dog that refused cooked chicken.

  14. Our medicines are much the same as dogs.just give them less dose.
  15. Very sad news, i'm sorry for your loss BUT, these are the things that can happen when out, hunting can be very dangerous for our dogs. I've lost 2 over two years with another smashed so bad he's now in semi-retirement, so I know how much it hurts. No dog is irreplaceable, if you love the game your in, you'll take stock, think about where it went wrong, think about and obtain your next dog, bring it on better (as we all can) and get yourself back in the game. Life's too fecking short! Thanks for the support folks
  16. out with my dog tonight, ben had a run on a place where we have gone for a long time, chased a bunny the next thing heard him screem ran over to find a broken tree branch on the floor and the dog led under it, the dog came around after a short while as he tryid to stand his leg was flapping a bout from the shoulder and his eye was split also his nose.taken him to a vet where they decided put him down.sick as a parrot this was the super dog that did everything you wish,no joke un replaceable might pack the game in
