i know,if i chose not to work the terriers all year round,i would be out!
spot on mate.
agree with texas tom, because of the fukin shooting season iv only recently been able to get out, i had a few digs during the shooting season when there was a weekend off but il hopefully be out now till end of march/early april.
When i mensioned cubs were did i say it was a test for a dog or that it is big, smart or clever, all i ment was it helps to bring some young dogs on if you can get some cubs to ground for it to nail just to give it some confidence, but i forgot every c**t on ya lets cubs go for next year
Wish i never read this thread now lol, dug to my young laky last week using the ortovox collar for first time and was well pleased with it, it was spot on.
Its your dog mate only you can make that decision, but if it was me if shes looking to go to ground id let her get on with it as long as i thought she wasnt to young and was ready, be getting cubs to ground now soon
You say she was to ground an hour an half was she baying or anything or just running the earth and fukin about, and how olds she mate, if she aint to young and she wants to go get a collar on the fuka and let her get on with it as long as your confident you can locate and digg the dog out if needed.
