    I take it that you have already down-loaded your pics onto the PC, do you hane MS office on your PC, if so... Right click on one of the pics, a menu should appear, click on the Open with Microsoft Office Picture Mangager, you will then have a tool bar across the top of the desk-top, click on picture, then click on resize, a small box will appear on the right side of your desk top, enter in the size you want and click OK, I would resize mine down to say 350, hope this helps.
