    i go to bed from anywhere between 22:30 - 00:00 and im up then from between 05:30 - 06:00 nothing better than a routine of sleep. to be fair thou if i go to bed any later than 23:30 i'll always end up having 30m - 1hr in the day

    im not sure how you can get anyone to suggest what you should and shouldnt do with only knowing 2 lines??? How old is he? What caused him to go off the rails? Are you any what to blame? Do you need to change before you expect him to change? I didnt see my dad from about 1 till 16 / 17, due to moving around (been in 20+ houses in 26 years), i've seen / been in contact with him abit more in the last 5 / 6 years. i dont blame him assuch but maybe he ould have done more, i blame my mum as i belive the only thing that she had to hurt him was me and this is why i didnt get to see him.

    @foxbuster, here's an idea if you can get them for 38 and as stig said he's sold his for 50 + on ebay, why don't you go buy say 10 / 20 + and out them on eBay and make yourself a couple of ££££'s along the way Another thing is if he is selling his to high who's problem is it ?? It's him that will get stuck with it, not you !! Someone will only pay what it's worth and if some does buy it for the and its only worth 38 then who gives a feck ?? They must have been happy shelling out for it.
