    I been out trying to ferret some land that the farmer wants clearing. I found three sets. but nobody home . one had a young in it but thats it. any ideas where they hiding as farmer seen loads on field ?

    make sure its not a small hutch. they need lots of room so a big hutch with run and get more than one ferret for company. feed lots of raw meet and you can give ferret compleat food everyday and chicken wings and rabbit. and freash water

    they make great pets and IMO the better the bond the better the worker. me ferrets comes when called and they all know there own names. they do anything for me . but i did put in the time and gave them the respect they need. any animal can be used just as a working took , but nothing beats having them as a friend too

    I only know what I have been reading on FB to be honest. But if you contact south cheshire ferret rescue They can tell you witch vet they have been to who diagnosed it. The photos of the ill ferret come from there page . I think they had over 50 PTS

    Jills every time for nippers. I find jills to be very strong minded and they like things there way. its there way or a nip. But hobs seem to be, as you say the clowns , they can still nip but its more in play than bossyness
