    We have motor tax here. Customs drive around the country and will check on foreign reg cars. They'll seize and fine if someone is pulling the piss, can't remember how long it takes, probably more related to that daylight robbery of VRT tax

    Hmm, a member on CPF raised an interesting point earlier. He reckoned I could get more throw out of the torch by twisting the Collimator head. Now I don't know if that's so or not but it's something I'm going to try. Unfortunately it's likely to be the weekend before I get the chance.

    I had expected more. Took the Crelant out for a quick test, not hunting, just looking around. Air quality much better tonight. I could see the individual metal bars on a sheep hurdle leading into our dipping pond 220 meters away. Would I shoot a fox with it at that range tonight? I'm really not sure at the moment. Didn't help that there were no animals what so ever to test it on in that or neighbouring fields. I was hoping I'd have a 250 yard light at the least and would have been delighted with 300.     Remington 700 VLSS with laminated thumbhole stock, cos it looked good I'd say they've the most aftermarket bits and bobs for them of near any rifle.     Ahm, I don't think it will. I think they've labelled all the boxes the same, or that's what i was told on CPF. Email the seller and ask would ya. I'd be very hesitant to say mine will shine 600 yards, but then again it was a real shit night. The only time mine had blinked at me is when I put it to full power using the button at the side. Doesn't blink after turning on. I'd say that's a fault in yours?
