    had a pup twenty yrs back directly off a owd buck bred dog my friend pesterd me for the pup and because a like him so much a give him the young dog ,went on to do well he did and produced some workers as well ,the bloke who had him off me was higgins off this site and he was well happy still mentions the dog when we meet !!

    there is good sense in breeding for yer self and friends and a supose there is always a little cost in bringing the pups on (8 weeks),but new lads would never get the chance to gain well bred diggin dogs if the older guys only ever did it this way ,150 quid is nowt for a well bred pup,it takes time to know these little dogs and the [bANNED TEXT] lads who own and work them properly !!

    agree with chezney, stronger dog is my preference, but when it comes to a model terrier.. there arent many, its horses for courses, a good handler is (ESSENTIAL), usually leads to a good working dog... if your happy with it stick with it.. nice1 TDJNR
