I packed up the fags after 35 years 8 months ago, been getting in the Gym a bit myself. I know f**k all about medicine and I dont even like taking an aspirin but I eat pretty clean and decided that and a bit of excercise will have to take me where it takes me. I dont lift weights either, I only do CV stuff as I need to shift a couple of stone.

My little club is literally moving that many People up and down the C2C line alone twice a week, every week right through the season ! Lol lol

Take no notice of Gnasher, I reckon the Tower Hotel is as “South” as he likes to get ! Lol Greenwhich around the market is nice mate, some tidy little boozers and bistros. Theres a Spanish restaurant me and my boy like and it’s pretty nice, and the Trafalgar Tavern at the end of Park Row is a nice place to sit and enjoy some grub and a cold drink when the weather is nice or in a nice evening. If you venture up to Blackheath, Blackheath Village is also really nice.

Mate, I hear you but you are overlooking one vital fact......these fuckers can’t be trusted to wield a weapon as powerful as a combined military with the British army at the forefront. Its like giving a 3 year old a loaded AK47. If they can’t be trusted with democracy then they can’t be trusted with a massive military.......that’s a no brainer to me pal.

Born, can’t say that I’m all for it mate.....I have no wish to see British youngsters dying to make a Belgium business man a billionaire. Our forces would be at the forefront because basically all the other armies in Europe ain’t worth a f**k compared to our chaps. Not for me mate.

As in WW2 Central Europe knows that in order to be as powerful as China and the USA it HAS to push East.....all of the mineral resources in massive amounts are east. That means conflict with Russia and for that they will need massive military might. It don’t take any working out where their ambitions lay, Putin knows it too hence his invasion of the Ukrain to put a buffer before his border.

Point of order mate, and this is from a bloke who was very anti republican and still is as far as paramilitary action is concerned.
