While undoubtedly there’s a good few non starters amongst workers, in my experience there’s also a good few non starters amongst management too. Managing people is all about making them believe they can do things they didn’t think they could do, creating that mindset and then you get not only to enjoy watching their self esteem grow but also a decent lad who knows the standard required. Lads, as I have said over and over again if you would feel comfortable doing that then crack on. I wouldn’t…….you don’t have to try and pull me to pieces to justify doing it to yourselves. Mate, like many of us you are advancing in years…..let me ask you a question. When is it ok for a fit bloke half your age to grab you round the neck and sling you down on the concrete ? Is it ever ok ?….. I don’t know you but I wouldn’t do it and I couldn’t stand and watch someone else do it to you…..it’s called a bit of common decency. Here’s what you do, you say “get out the way mate” and if they don’t you sit in your motor and wait. You don’t make an excuse to forget about common decency and act like a 3rd world degenerate.

No mate, I wouldn’t……I have spent more hours of my life sitting in traffic in London than probably anyone contributing to this thread……making out that because white British people decide to actually do something about something they care about in their own land that it is putting more lives at risk than any other day of the week and that it justifys throwing an old geezer about is just plain lies !
