No need to puff your chest out squire, there’s a time and a place to throw on your tracksuit, Sunday morning maybe or going to play sport or swimming pool……but when you are going out of an evening for a few beers and to get round some sorts then make an effort and have a bit of something about you is all I think. I ain’t been a young man for a long time mate but even when I was there was people went out dressed in sports ware or footy shirts or what have you of an evening and they was always the states !, f**k all new in this world. I went on one of those caravan holidays once with the family, so first evening I say to the wife “Let’s have a look in the clubhouse then and see what’s what” So, in we go and in walks a bloke sporting a dirty white (ish) vest, shiny material adidas tracksuit bottoms and those shoes like you used to have to ware for school and cost about £15 out of the discount shoe shop ! I took one look at him and said “Pack the stuff love, we are leaving !” Lol

Mate, not all chickens have that freedom to roam space though do they?….depends on the rearing system don’t it ? And again, not a problem from me as far as making your job safer. All I meant was, let’s not pretend that none of this isn’t absolutely brutal, in the case of cattle short lived brutality but brutal all the same. ?

Run the hose on a patch of mud in back garden, float a turd in the resulting puddle, stick a dirty syringe in the sole of your foot and stuff your head in the puddle……create exactly the same effect but you don’t have to leave the house ! Lol

I hear you mate, we used to get herded on to the ILEA bus and carted off to some piss hole swimming baths in South London that was probably harbouring more bacteria than a germ warfare lab, then the old bird “instructor” with a fag dangling out her chops and a long bamboo stick that waited until your were on the cusp of death until she scruffed you out by your ear…….f***ing magical ! No wonder I can’t swim looking back on this early times in a pool ! Lol

I have always loved the water but to this day I can’t swim to save my life, I can manage about 5 yds on the surface before I sink like a stone ! My wife is like “everyone floats”…..nope, not me, my legs must be filled with lead because they have always sunk even today when I’m carrying more blubber than a sperm whale ! But none of that keeps me out the water, from age 13 in gravel pits bird nesting to adulthood and the sea and pool, love it !

Because they ain’t too bright mate Probably, yes ? You don’t need any qualifications whatsoever to kick a football…..you need only be able to play, tie your boot laces and read the tactics board and fixture list…..that’s it ! Nothing extra needed ?

See, now I find that strange. Its the same over here, nobody dresses up or wares black at a funeral except the family !……you see blokes in wellies and high viz jackets and all sorts, it’s a totally alien notion to me. I was always bought up that it’s black suit and tie and white shirt for funerals, I’d feel weird if I went in my every day togs.
