    The Mourne Show, Sunday 11th May 14 As we left rain soaked Portadown on Sunday morning and headed into the sunshine of the beautiful countryside of Mourne, I can understand what the great Percy French had on his mind when he wrote “Where the Mountains of Mourne Sweep down to the Sea.” This was the picturesque setting for the now famous annual Mourne show on Sunday 11th May 14. We arrived in the field at approximately 10.30am , and to be honest, it was very hard to get a parking place at that time of the morning.     Sunday 18th May 2014 Kill Harriers Annual Terrier, hound and Lurcher Show this Sunday 18th May 2014 All usual classes *Mick has asked me to let you know that Bitches and Dogs will be split in Lurchers, Terriers and Whippets. Racing will also take place on the day. This show will be a qualifer for the 32 County Champion of Champions both in Showing and Racing. Always a great show.* Kill is in County Waterford.     Up Dated list of Dog Shows/Racedays and Gamefairs at the 12th May 14 Sunday 25th May Breandan Colemans Show. This show will be qualifier for the Master Mc Grath. Over and Under 23" with a money prize for both. This show is a qualifier for the 5 Nation for Terriers, Lurchers and Whippet with a money prize for best in show.
