    Dessie Mackin has asked me to request, anybody who won a perputal Trophies at his shows in 2012 and 2013, and have not returned them back yet, to please make arrangements or pm Dessie for return of same at your earliest convenience. There are approximately 5 perputal trophies still not handed back to Dessie. Perputal Trophies are for 1 year only, and must be handed back at the beginning of the new season. I am at most shows throughout the year, so if you bring them with you to any show you go to, give them to me, I will make sure Dessie receives them back. Margaret Mc Stay

    Dessie Mackins Dog Show and Race Day Saturday 26th April 14 Woke up early on Saturday morning, with the joys of spring in my heart, and foremost on my mind that Saturday had arrived. Yes it was Dessie Mackins show and race day, and time to get out of bed and on our way to Laurencetown. The dog chorus was wafting its way into our ears, signalling our Canine friends way of telling us to get them into the trailer and on our short journey to Dessies show. The weather was good, with a sharp cold breeze, but got very cold in the evening. It was nice to see all the children out playing around

    U.L.D.A Its on the Hollymount Road, Lawrencetown. I am the worst in the world giving directions. But I will do my best to guide you. If you are coming out of Gilford, towards Portadown, there is a fork in the road, Take left there. Drive on about 2 mile to you see a sign for Tullylish. On the righthand side of the Road, you will see a sign post for St Johns Church. On your left opposite that sign there is a road on the your left. Drive in that Road, for a very short distance,you come to a bridge, and a road to the left on the Bridge. Take that Road, its up hill and very bendy, for about 2mi

Lurcher and terrier champion qualify for the 5 nations international championship in Birr Castle.
