yes mate know exactly what you mean but im sure its to do with the place aswell as the day! many years ago i worked as second gardener on an estate which was built in the middle of an ancient iron age fort. every morning throuhout late spring summer and autumn id have to get up real early to tend the greenhouses and flower tubs befor the family woke from the house and it got too hot.one morning i got up left the house with the dogs and walked across the fields toward the grounds it was deadly silent as if it was a christmas day sunday morning. no crowing cock no barking dogs no birds no rabbi

good day could of done with that pig bein cooked about 4 hours earlier apparently its ready an hour earlier each year so another 4 years and it should be about right . met some good lads there but as usual theres always get the big man with his invisable cracker of a man eater and tall story. see ya next year folks -
went a couple of years ago mate, the list is endless red deer,sika deer, goat, pig, tahr, moose rabbit hare and more. honestly never been to a place with so much quarry and so much space to hunt it. in my opinion couldnt ask for a better place to hunt with dogs guns and bows. because all quarry has been imported hunting is encouraged to keep population down although there are alot of groups reintroducing species to areas that have been hunted dry or cleaned out by poison. im not sure about diggin etc but most areas are so remote [south island] that i doubt people are really bothered like they

thanks hector, is that the only way? is there a quiker way. i dont like the idea of putting a pup through the whole quarantine thing aswell as not being able to bond with it from an early age. i may have to think again if it is the case!!

can anyone give me some advice on the importation of a pup from spain. ive looked on the defra site and from what i can see it says that they need a blood test and then another one 6 months later to gain entry or quaranteen{which aint what i want]. i could be wrong because im as thick as shit and cant read properly lol. i know in the eu you can travel in and out with a passport but does this apply to a 12 week pup or is it ok if the parents have had the rabies jab. someone please help: thanks awen

Well just a few tip's then, kennel them seperate then, and [try] to take them out on there [own] if can do this.It will in the long term be better for you and them. cheers bird

the problem ive got is the pup ive just purchased is a little cracker exact breeding i was lookin for and bred to do the job i wanted. the breeder has just put the sire over the dams sister. i love the look and ability of his dogs and know this maybe the last chance [short term] to get another? seeing as they will be as good as siblings i thought they maybe have a greater bond whilst working or atleast therell be a better chance of it. i know looking at it i should probably wait another 6 months that will bring my pup to a year old, but if i do decide to go with these pups due then it will m

cracking dogs mate, they work exactly the same as my terriers and i swear its because i trained them together! i think there must be a definate bonus to having the 2 if youve got the time and patients, not alot of work at mo so may get half dozen lol

thanks kate see your point! how long do you think i should wait, until the first one is completely trained and working? thanks awen id wait till atleast your 1st pup is trained in obedience mate when your dog got breaks your half way thier if both pups piss about when 1s trained then atleast you wont have the stress of trying to get two pups back or what ever els your trying to do at the time thanks valleylad xmas it is then

have you brought many pups on in the past if not go for just 1 you want the best out of your dog then 2 pups will take up alot of time because for you will struggle early on with pups out together they will just piss about just bought my third dog, shes 4 months now and was planning on getting another around christmas time by then shell be 8 months and will hopefully of got all your basic traning sorted and will be letting her have a look at stuff . id really like to have a pair always think its best to keep em in pairs and even better similar ages, its seems to have worked well with my
