  2. f,in buetiful mate hope she does ya proud
  3. atleast there young youve still got time to sort it out. my solution is when they do get to out of control put them on there own [seperate]for a good half hour, when they are playin well reward them. one of them may eventually take the role of top dog but there to young to have sorted that out yet, rewards for good behaviour and bonding are the most important thing if you sort that out now there should be no probs in the future
  4. whats there age, whats the breed how much exercise are they gettin?are they fightin over food, jealousy etc, has it always happened. the more info you give the morelikely someone will be able to give sound advice

  9. try mussling him and putting him with a non aggresive dog(s) more the better. if you can do this regular it may break the pattern. he needs a new thought pattern when it comes to meetin new dogs. anythings worth a try cheers mate. we do muzzle him when theirs a few dogs around. we whent for a walk down farnborough other day and he had his muzzle on we walked past this massive dog no idea what it was and he jumped at it and pushed it to the ground lol ( i think it probably lost its footing more than anything) but he just wants to fight or maybe its rough play? would the best soloutio

  12. i have had this problem twice befor with my terrier diggin hard ground and breakin the end of the nail of and an infection gettin deep inside the base of the nail causin it to swell.antibiotics have stopped the infection gettin anyworse but the only way ive sorted it is bathing the foot twice a day minimum in warm water with a few drops of tea tree oil and massaged the infected area at the dogs discomfort but no pain no gain. once dry ill put a drop of t t oil on and work it up into the base of the nail, both times cleared up totally within a week, hope it helps mate
  13. cheers fokko, got to be honest quite like the idea of the little critters back in our countryside. im sure with the right measures put in place, continuos evaluation of population and control they can only benefit the eco system and most importantly give us some decent quarry. but lets be honest its most likely never gonna happen people seem to keep there mind closed to such matters.

  20. well thought id start her on em, or should i concentrate on one quarry than all? thanks for ya help You need to dabble with them all to see what she likes or is good at. It's a living thing, cos you have it in your head you want her to do one thing, she might like to do another. They are like us, all different. I know as a rule most crosses are breed for a certain job and if they don't make the grade they are sold on as failures but one mans muck is another mans brass. Just remember, you are limited to things you can use her for under the law. just talkin hypothetically offcourse lo

  22. She can still be used on rabbits mate under the ban. Problem you have is she'll be getting ready just as the season is coming to an end. Might not be a bad thing though. Rabbits are harder to find in January and the ones you do find, ain't survived due to luck if you know what I mean. But, she'll be 10 months by then and at a good age to get introduced. Bitches generally mature quicker than dogs but if you set your sights for this time, you'll not be far wrong. The guy who sold you the dog is the best one to get advice from mate. take my terriers bushin/diggin, should i take her (on lead)w
