    a mate of mine rang me yesturday and was telling me that his patterdale bitch had just had 11 pups which i thought was a bloody lot of pups for a terrier , has anyone else had big litters like this or are they quite common . i wouldnt know as i have only had lurchers. atb TH22

    the father was a 1st x kelpie/collie around 23.5tts , often working the sheep on the cumbrian hills and never tired out, also put a few foxes out of cover on the fellside in which it despatched of 1 , and the mother was 25tts which also had a bit of fire in her belly so if all works out they should also make decent all rounders . sire dam

    my mate bred some 1st cross kelpie/collie to his greyhound bitch , he kept 2 pups for his self but now decided its to much work to train the both of them so his selling 1 of them , he has so far trained it to sit , retrieve the ball and stick , it jumps a small board in and out the kennel , its quiet in the kennel and walks the lead with no problems ,his had it through sheep quite a few times and shows no intrest in them its had its injections to date and flea treated. i have some pics of its sire and dam in my profile in other topics, its around 5month old but il find out the date of birth ,

    bonnie wee pup pal looks well and healthy ,hows it bred . it doesnt seem botherd with the cows in the pics its the sheep and lambs which will be the real test for it . atb TH22

    youd see a few litters of them crossed with border collies on donedeal,the farmers journal etc.,I wouldnt mind putting one over a big ghound bitch sometime..Is there supposed to be dingo in the backbreeding of them? my mate bred some 1st cross kelpiexcollie to a greyhound bitch ruffly 25tts the pups are about 4 and half month old . his just got a pup back which is now for sale because the lad didnt have time to look after it with working full time its a red/brindle coloured dog pup seems very clever for age. heres the sire and dam

    just got back from show it was decent crack loads of folk and there dogs , i couldnt get over the size of some bullxs they were monsters but everyone to there own type i suppose . will be attending next year probly atb TH22

    think i will have a travel to it , i went last year but it seemed later on in the year unless theres 2 shows here . it was decent crack and i got 2nd with my lurcher bitch pup so i made it worth while going haha

    my larl bitch 21.5tts shes 4year old in august , i got her when she was 4month old and was told she was bull greyhound whippit but alot of people say theres defo collie in her when you see her in the flesh ,hard to see from pics

    just had my 3 year old bitch done because she was comming into heat every 6month and having bad phantom pregancys and kept carrying loads of milk , so i just couldnt get her right fitness wise . so it was the only option for me

    a mate of mine got 1 many years ago and it weighed 22lb he said it was the biggest 1 he had ever seen he did have photos from years ago of it some where

    he works sheep and now and again he does the rats on the farm, he often takes off and ratches through the opencast putting foxes and deer up another pic
