Bakers is filled with stuff that will cause the dog to be ill e numbers and additives dogs end up with what looks like burns on their lips and under their chin etc.Seen it loads cant stand the stuff.Skinners i used for a long time and it done well for my lot ive also used chudleys no problems there either were now on james wellbeloved and minced chicken and eggs etc plus table cscraps that are suitable.they get lamb as well and bits and bobs for all wellbeloved isnt cheap its not that bad if your only using it as a mixer as your not using that much

I wouldnt feed it even with minced meat etc.We had dogs handed in here who have been on it and the amount of crap they produce is amazing its red and the food is full of beet and beetpulp its shit tbh.Far better out there just as cheap even a cheap greyhound meal would do better than wag its horrible stuff

Nice dogs mate i have mine in strong stuff collars cos the bitch just breaks leather ones for fun and the big lad is too strong for a normal collar at least i know with a strong stuff one he wont snap it

It all depends if they were used to ferrets or not and the dogs thoughts my terrier hated cats when i got her and in two weeks i turned it around she sleeps with the cats and doesnt bother at all with them now.My best advice would be to keep the ferrets secure and the dogs away from the hutch if your in any doubt whatsoever

Used to see them hanging around the roads at lochgelly and rumbling bridge area dont know why theres obviously a lot of road kill as well.Trying to walk the dogs up that way was hellish lol

was to do with her kidneys which due to medication they gave her made her kidneys work less efficiently or something they werent happy when it ook her off it but she wasnt eating for days and she is ill enough without adding starvation to it as well.Shes riddled with tumours and i am stuck i can go for another op last one near killed her and she goes on meds after it and she could get another 6 months or maybe a bit longer all depends on the dog etc.Never been a decision ive had to think about in the past dont know why im being a wuss now she wouldnt touch the stuff so we went back to kibble a

yeah things change ive had some advice from friends and people on here that i took and never looked back things i would never have done before yet wouldnt think twice about now lol.Plus some of the lads/lassies are only young and its there first dog its good for them to ask people that know about the breeds of dogs and have kept them for years.My vet nearly had kittens when he found out i give my dogs raw bones and i stopped in a panic only to learn that theyre not a problem and as long as its raw theres no issue,I used to cook all the meat my dogs get and now i wouldnt dream of cooking it

Maybe its worry or genuine concern im forever questioning or second guessing whats best for my lot in the case of the big lad i was sceptical about giving him raw in case it mzade him even more mad than he already is yet its one of the best things i added in his diet.My terries really ill and has had some big ops this year and ive tried every fancy food on the market to no avail and were back to well beloved and raw.She had a special food from vets and no matter what i did wouldnt touch it no matter what i added etc just hated it.So things change maybe the last pup they had was 16 years ago an

I hear a spray gun filled with cold water can be effective,especially for nervous dogs i imagine. i always carry a spare lead and breaking stick,so if a dog walks over acting dominant i just whip the lead on the floor in front of it,if it comes forward after that its going to kick off no matter what. he not nervous he will just strike first if i was 2 let him which not be a very good idea as i,ve seen first hand what he capible off if left him 2 do it Thats what happens with Storm i now have to have him muzzled cos hes too big and pwerful and it would end up a real mess and i do

If you cant keep him then get him a pet home just be careful who you rehome too or see if a rescue can take him theyre likely to at least do some investigations into why he gets injured so easily.Could be as people have said a defieciency or something did you get him as a pup?Maybe hes too keen when i first got my bitch she was forever scuffing her feet and stoppers badly cos she turns to quick and now shes over it she very rarely hurts herself she was laid up for 8 weeks after a mysterious limp never did find out what it was she was x rayed and what not as wel but no joy never happened since

Your wrong the bulldog was bred to fight bulls then when the terrier was bred to the bulldog making the 'bull and terrier aka staffordshire bull terrier they were used for dog fights,also used for badger baiting but their main purpose was dog fighting. http://thestaffordshirebullterrier.co.uk/history.htm think you will find they were originally bull baiters dog fighting came later on.Personally i dont like dog fighting dont see theres a place for it nowadays or the point in it wont judge others for it apart from the neds tbh but wouldnt be my sort of thing

The only problem is compensation is little use if you end up with a crippled or dead dog. I agree,but if the owner of the attacking dog is financially crippled with on going vet/physio bills as well as paying heavily for your mental anguish the problem will soon sort itself. If they are already financially crippled your on to plums also then theres maybe kids suffering behind that scenario and they wont pay heavily for your mental anguish either doesnt work like that with a dog fight ffs theres bigger problems in courts these days dogs fights are the last thing theyre interested

If your choking the right place right up at the back of the dogs head almost its gonna let go eventually it cant breathe so it either lets go or passes out its that simple.If that failed to work i would kill it end off.My dogs come first the other dog can go f**k its owner

The staff was a bull baiting dog not a dog on dog fighter originally.Regardless i truely think that a lot of it is down to youngsters who know fine well what they have on the end of a lead they just dont care and when it goes wrong the dog lands in a rescue shelter to be killed.They dont even have the balls to see it through themselves.I know a lad who originally took the dog an 8/9 month old pup to the police station this is a lurcher btw not a staffy said it mauled the youngest kid when it hadnt he thought it might though so dogs sitting in a cat and dog home cos he isnt man enough to pts hi

Sue them rofl do you know how much its costs initially to sue someone in the small claims court? You wont get legal aid either for it due to the nature of it and you need a lot of proof to pursue it also.
