Well usually if you opt for a spay and the jill has already come into seson most vets wont spay because of the fact she is in season, so a jill jab is given to bring the jill out of season, then the spay takes place once she is out of season, as for distemper , well they usually use a dog vaccine, but i have never heard it has to be administered in that fashion. I would personally look into that as it sounds dodgy to me

I can only think of one valid reason any ferret would be hand shy, its had no handling as a kit, thats down to the breeder isnt it, to ensure there all handlable before they go off to new homes, yeah we all get kit nips with young ferrets but with plenty of meat & handling it shouldnt be a problem, but hybrids arnt just hand shy though , there something that shouldnt have been bred in the first place -

Exactly my point no good to anyone, if you have to fanny about coaxing a ferret out of a hole its poinless unless you have all day -

Maybe its just me but what is the attraction , why would anyone want a ferret poley hybrid for a working , they are skitty, muddled , aggressive, and downright useless, why create such an animal, common sence tells me a serious ferreter needs a well bred ferret who can be passed over hedges from person to person , or am i completly missing the point. another worry is they are a liability, if ever such an animal got out of its secure housing , what damage could it do, i have been on the receiving end of polecat hybrid some prick thought it would be fun to breed for the show fraternaty, it -
Oh thats awfull, i dont understand why people do it, ferrets are not like golddust & they could have easily got one of there own, i would let any rescues in the area know he has been pinched, just incase they dump him, you never know ,

Well i took a pic after the moon had gone back to its normal colour, while it looked orange i couldnt even see it through the camera, i tried all the settings & got black skys, but i did manage to get this pic after it went back .
