It's my old SAS boonie hat from when i was fighting out in the jungles of the 'nam .Lisa's moaning today about all the nettle stings on her hands & broken nails
You should pay for a manicure now
I cant put it down, aready planned the next few days , Friday off for a day out to meet a friend to take some pics as i have got some holliday to take from work so i dont have to rush back home for work , sat i will just look round here & on Sunday as well, them monday i am over the fields with the dogs if its bright enough
Tomorrow i will go up the lake first thing if its bright enough , all this walking is keeping me fit
Eek .Kay . That is not me or my dog . If only I was as good looking as either .
No its a friend of mine (though he might not be when I give him a copy of this photo ) . When he moved in with his girlfriend he had to put his lucrative stud work on hold as she got fed up with blokes with in-season greyhounds turning up on the doorstep.
I bet he will love a copy of that pic
Liam i am amazed how much stuff i do see here , its always been there i assume but i didnt look for it , cant stay in the house these days i have to be out rooting around to see whats about
I like anything like that, my Aunt is a good artist & she painted a beautiful fish on a piece of slate for my dads birthday donkeys yrs ago , it was really clever as the slate was a bit she found somewhere that was shaped like a fish so she used it to her advantage
Will you be netting the holes , if so you need purse nets, locator collar , shovel , study box for the ferret , as for the dog its no go if the animal isnt stock broken, sheep, cattle horses etc & also your ferrets
Right i will check it out a few times a week & post any pics of the development of new growth , might make a nice project in pictures over the coming weeks
My husband said chicken of the woods, but we looked it up & as you say it could be , but old stuff, i will have another look tomorrow & see if i cant spot any new spores developing
there was a tree by it with a normal looking mushroom / toadstool on it, not sure if its one of them
thanks for the info
