  1. They still have that kit look about them , its amazing how they can go from looking like a kit to an adult literally over night , very strange
  2. Thanks both nice to see them , have seen the green ones there really quick & i havent managed to get a decent photo of them . So thats 2 woodpeckers to look out for again & hope to get a good pic of both make that 3 kay !!!!! dont forget the lesser spotted woodpecker Even better the more different things i see the more i learn wish school had been this interesting i might have gone more

  4. There really good they are, both my dogs are good on the lead if we spot the deer , i am not walking them at the moment up where the deer are

  9. yes i know i only take photos of deer & swans but i had to put these on here , what a superb morning i have had following these beautifull unpredictable creatures , makes it worth getting up I am pretty sure theres some rutting going on as i am sure i saw 2 stags today & only got pics of 1 of them, one of them was making that sound they make got close up as i dared given the size of the things , pics not the best quality but given the conditions i had to endure there okish Hope you enjoy looking at them as i have got to have walked 5 miles today & am tired , knackered

  13. I like that one as well its almost as if the backgrounds colour matched to the butterfly , never spotted it till i got it on the pc Taking pics in macro is so much easier using this camera as i can be feet away from the subject so there not flying off so quick

I saw a programme on tv a few yrs ago & it was basically a big glass house that housed lots of different species of butterflys , i cant remember where it was though , if its not a million miles away i may go for a day out on the train , do any of you know where it may be in the country ? Thanks in advance
