  10. if your finding the worst of the bitings when you get the kit out of the hutch for its playtime so to speak... let it run off some of the energy first before you handle it Or if you just want it to get used to being handled then do that after its eaten.. kits with a full belly are usually easier to handle than hungry kits Good luck
  11. is the ferret fed meat or dry food & is it in a hutch with a run attached to it or do you fetch it out for a run round ?
  12. if what your seeing is horrible dark brown grungey stuff then it may be ear mites if its accompanied by scratching at the ears if its just the odd speck of wax then thats normal

You right they might give me some info....as I said IN THE POST I dont have a problem with the genuinely knoledgable owners who give good advice... Just the soppy fecking shite that seems to be croping up To be honest the only thread i can recall on here in recent weeks where i shook my head in disbelief not because it was screamingly '' little Timmy carpet slipper'' was the one where the lad asked how to differentiate between 2 kits of the same colour he was given good commo

  20. a few i took yesterday i love the black & white cob my favourite is the black & white ones
  21. in hutch 4 now bring em out to play may explain the nipping then.. what i would do is let them run off all that energy for a good half hour before you handle .. i know its difficult when they cant taz about because there in a hutch ... so when they come out i think giveing them time to burn off some energy with a play session with the other ferrets
  22. Are they in a hutch & run set up ..or do they have a hutch & you bring them out to play ?
