    Bolio how do you find the dogs conditioning on the treadmill? do you not think that it leads to building up the wrong muscle?? myself I run most nights but also do a bit on the mill, In all honesty i find it very false economy as you are training out of your natural posture!!!

    Hello My audi A4 needs the front exhaust bracket tightened, The front brake discs changed and the offside wheel bearing replaced as well as a check.. Is there a good nationwide chain I can use to do this as opposed to an independant garage, I was thinking of qwikfit..I move around a lot with work and I need somecomeback if anything happens hence dont want to shop local Any ideas dANNY

    has anyone see the cover of "the white fox of whiterush moor" or someting??? It lappears to be some kind of hybrid Wolf / tiger specimen walking amongst reeds on the cover..and the cover of his last one is even worse...What does inspire such lunacy ???

    I kept a single injured ex racer for around 8 years he was called paddy, and he was indirectly responsible for the deaths of many cats.... He would sit in his run all day in the garden as they prowled around..well until the two lurchers came out the back door

    WELL AT PRESENT I EXERCISE ABOUT 40 HOURS A WEEK MAINLY RUNNING , DIFFERENT TYPES, HILL REPS, CROSS COUNTRY, STEADY STATES, FARTLEK AND SUICIDES..BUT HAVE LOADS OF DIFFERENT HOBBIES MAINLY THOUGH I JUST LIKE TO FIND A NICE QUIET SPOT AND READ A BOOK
