  1. Poyet wants to put a wall of China around Sunderland........perhaps someone should explain to him no one wants to get INTO Sunderland, they mostly want to get OUT ! LOL !
  2. Max, he IS Villa manager, he signed on Friday.
  3. Football as old'uns like me knew it is being sanitised out of existence. I remember when the shoulder charge was a legitimate part of the game, now you'd be red carded for it. The old style English centre forward no longer exists, Shearer was probably the last one, Carrol could have been one, but injuries and teams style of play mean he never will be. Characters like Vinny, Gazza, etc no longer exist, Joey Barton was probably the last character in the game. Managers are now simply tacticians, Cloughie was the last of his kind, Mourino is a sanitised version. It's hard to work up any excitement
  4. As I said on another thread, I can't understand why people pay £40/60 to watch the dross served up by my local EPL teams, but people do. There's a report that only Real Madrid and Barcelona , and five other EPL teams, that will make more money than Newcastle United, due to this new TV deal. Yet Newcastles stated aim is only to survive in the Premier...no cups, no Europe, simply survival to keep getting the TV riches. As for Scotland; the only chance for survival of Scottish football at the highest level, is to amalgamate with The Football League/Premier League. There are precedents; Berwic
  5. Max, you don't know much about the Internet, do you ? You can change your ip simply by turning your router on and off. You can get internet access anywhere these days; on a bus, a train, in a pub, in a shopping mall, Christ sake you can even get in Asda or McDonalds ! And everyone is a different ip. Have you never heard of iPhones or iPads ? You know, and I know that you made that post under the "BEEFY1992" user name, another thing, do you know the difference between "troll" and "trawl" ? I don't think you do. I Love debate, discussion and even argument, but with you, it's pointless. You post
  6. Max, I couldn't give a shit about Newcastle or Sunderland. I just enjoy correcting your inaccurate posts ! You mention Newcastle "only" having 47700 crowd on Sunday against Stoke, as if it was a catastrophe or crisis. What you don't mention is it was the biggest attendance in England that week end; bigger than the Scouse Derby, bigger than the London derby, bigger than the games involving Man U, Man City, Chelsea, etc. I'd guess just about most clubs, including Sunderland, would dream of such support. You're obsessed with Newcastle, Max, it ain't healthy, support your own club, instead of
  7. I understand rivalry, but Max seems obsessed ! He goes on more about Newcastle than he does Sunderland ! For the life of me I can't understand why people pay, what, £40/60 to watch the dross served up these days at St James and SoL, let alone get excited by what's happening a rival club. I was at the last Derby game, and to be honest, I didn't see any hatred. Rivalry, yes, but hatred no. I posted before about having a drink with Sunderland supporters after the game, in Newcastle. Something that would have been unheard of years back.
  8. Max I'll apologise when I'm wrong, but in this case I'm convinced I'm right ; the spelling the phrases, the syntax, etc were EXACTLY the same as you posted on here. I couldn't care less where you post, it just seems this obsession of yours about Newcastle United is looking more and more like an inferiority complex; why would anyone fret so much about a football team from a different city ?
  9. Newcastle capacity; 52,405..... Sunday's attendance; 47,763; difference= 4,642..... Not 6000, get your facts right Max . I stand by the fact you troll other NUFC sites using the name "BEEFY1992", the posts were identical to what you post on here. I couldn't care less where or what you post, as I say, I just enjoy pointing out your inconsistencies. You tell Gnash that SoL has "totally sold out" a few times, when in fact it has never sold out for a football match, you go on about never winng any thing for 30 years, when in fact Necastle haven't won anything in over 45 years ! You dream up your
  10. Who are "you's" ? I couldn't care less about Newcastle or Sunderland; I just enjoy pointing out all the inconsistencies in your posts.
  11. And 47 + 6 still makes 53........
  12. How was it a bite Max? I've been consistent in my disapproval of Ashley's ownership and running of Newcastle United. You are the only one on here who is obsessed with Newcastle. They could fold tomorrow and it wouldn't change my life one iota, you, on the other hand , would be devastated as you would have nowhere to aim your irrational hatred. Ps, St. James holds 52,000..... Your figures are wrong once again; 47,000 + 6,000 = 53,000. You do like to exaggerate, Max.
  13. Who cares about Newcastle, apart from you ? I'm suprised anyone spends money going to see a team with absolutely no ambition, a team that sells its manager and best players, an owner who doesn't want to win cups and only objective is staying in the premiership. As I've said many times, NUFC is simply a cash cow for Ashley.
  14. Not moaning, BB, just pointing out for the sake of accuracy. Max makes these statements about SoL selling out, it simply hasn't happened. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stadium_of_Light
  15. What for Take That concerts Handy little point today Defoe is such a natural goalscorer he,ll fit in quickly which is what you want at this stage of the season. You're right, Gnash. The Stadium of light has never sold out for a football match. They got 48,300 once, but that's not a capacity crowd. They DID, however get 60,000 for a Take That concert.
  16. Max, all joking aside; I read the EC online most days, and this day there seemed to be a lot of comments on something that was going on at NUFC. I started reading them, and then came across one by "BEEFY1992", I was intrigued as the comments were almost verbatim what you had been saying the same day on here. I had never in my life heard of beefy, 92ers, KEEGANITES, etc, and here they were on two different sites the same day. Beefy ended his post with 100,000 locked out, and they divant understand us ya knah, and the jaw dee nation.......exactly the terms you used on here.....coincidence ? Who
  17. To much of a coincidence Max.
  18. Your still going on about beefy, Keeganites , '92 ers, today ! Exactly the same as "BEEFY1992" posted on EC website..... Must just be a coincidence, eh ?
  19. You used the same phrases, Max, "Barcelona of the North'", "they divant understand us", "bottles of piss at Robson", etc, etc, it was posted the same day you were posting exactly the same things on here ! Some coincidence, eh ?
  20. Do you deny posting on the Evening Chronicle NUFC site under the user name "BEEFY1992" ? The post was almost word for word the same as you posted on here.....
  21. Im saying, you post on the EVENING CHRONICLE NUFC website under the user name "BEEFY1992". I was readin the comments on there and came across your post, word for word the same as you post on here ! I tried to copy and paste it, but can't. Why would you do that if you weren't obsedded with Newcastle ?
  22. From what I'm hearing, from Jews themselves is Jews are being mostly attacked by Muslims and their far left bed fellows. Of course their will also be the fascist element but they have always been around hiding under rocks. I guess there are also the conspiracy NWO nutters implicating Jews in their fantasy. Far Left and Facist goes hand in hand. Don't forget Nazi is short for National SOCIALIST?
  23. Max/BEEFY, this is getting very repetitive. When Ashley took over Newcastle were better off financially than the majority of clubs, including Sunderland. There were the 13 th richest club in the world with a debt ratio of 40%. To "go to the wall", as you say, would entail a debt ratio of over 100%. Ashley took over the debt, so all interest would be owed to him, NOT the banks. He is currently doing the same at Rangers, turning it into his personal cash cow. Your obsession with Newcastle, and not accepting facts makes you look very childish indeed. Ps, the Glaziers pumped in over £500,000,000
