    i get your point mate,but in all probability they already knew that someone else hunts on the land.i just think its kinda underhanded.cant be f****d with people who go behind others backs. the only way i could see this as underhanded is if the guy way the permission took them out, showed them the land an then they went back offering there services any other way an im as guilty as them for being underhanded, being that i regularly ask for more permission they is some sneaky russian fuckwitts who will do this good job farmer told us and they was f****d off There you go mate.     Its a bit like asking what kind of gun you should get...Whatever works for you it is within certain parameters only as good as the bloke/lass behind it. Steel strings? Nylon? pick ups? tuners? all sorts.....For £200 you should be able to get a really good quality 2nd hand job Epiphone as mentioned are OK as are most of the japanese numbers coming out. If you want high end stuff I reckon if you looked hard enough you might get a Martin for your money.
