    There is a range just off the A19 called Hensall rifle club. Membership is around £ per year, but you have to be a member to shoot there. Its open every day but there has to be 2 full members there for you to shoot, its owned by the police so they shoot there too on odd days. Air rifle and rimfire ranges all outdoors but shooting area is under cover (no 17hmr permitted) Just pop along one saturday or sunday morning to have a look and a chat.

    What would you want to use the SG for? it sounds odd but I was thinking about one too. Always needed that extra shot or two.

    I have found that since I put a BASC sticker on my car it tends to get covered in a lot of pigeon sh*it.

    Oh Poo I just popped it under a bush. I hadn't planned on checking on my traps I had just taken a blast out on my motorbike and decided to take a look to see if I had caught the little sod that kept getting away. Its been under the bush for 3 or 4 days by now so it will be a right state and thats if its still there.

    Will try and post a photo if I can get it off my mobile. Never thorght about freezing it, I just removed it from the trap and got rid of it.

    I do a little bit of mole catching, But when I went to check my traps tonight I found that I had trapped a black and white mole. Is this common?

    Hi I used some cold blue that I got from flee bay think it was called Birchwood Perma Blue. I did not get a deep blue shine but it was 100% better than before I started. All I did was: 1- Rub down whatever needs blueing say the barrel with wirewool 2- Rub the cold blue all over the barrel and leave it for the required time prob about a few minutes 3- Rinse the barrel under the cold water tap then dry 4- Repeat until you get the colour you want (dont think you have to wirewool between each coat) Like I said it worked for what I wanted it for but also was good for general touching up.

    Hi I have a two year old lab that I want to take shooting with me. Can anyone recomend any DVD's or Books that will show me how I go about it in the right way from the basics up.

    Hi I have a two year old lab, I used to take her shooting when she was a pup but for some reason I stopped. Anyway I would like to start her off again, she loves going out shooting with me but she and me need some work. Prob best starting from the begining with the basics but im not sure how to start or the best way to go about it. Some say its too late and that I should have pulled my finger out when she was a pup, and others say its never too late. Is it best to try and train her on my own (even though I am not sure what im doing) or would it be best to attend some kind of group training

    I had to send mine to air arms just removed the stock, scope etc wrapped it in cardboaard and posted it at the post office. Not a problem but never told them what was is in just made sure I had plenty of postal insurance.

    They also do a 410 moderator for £100 that can be removed, think they have a video on their web site of it.

    Hi i fancy another pcp some thing to use around the farm for ratting etc. Like the feel and look of the logun s16 and the air arms s200. can anyone recomend one over the other? Logun s16 or the s16 s Air arms s200 MK1 or newer? I currently use and intend to keep my Air arms S410

    I have only used the MK1 with a 15ft collar, What would I change about it? 1- a battery cover rather than having to open the whole box to get to the battery 2- I would like it to be louder, as its hard to hear in windy conditions Would like to keep the price down so putting flashing lights etc on would up the cost! but I do like the idea of being able to pont it in a direction to locate your ferret, like you can with the MK3

    Anyone got a 22lr tactical rifle ? What they like ? and how accurate are they? Any ranges about that you can walk through and shoot? Only looked at those at rimfire magic but also seen some on the net made by Raven and Heckler and Koch.
