  1. I think I'll give my nearest gun shop a call and see if can have a hold of an HW95K, if they have one in stock that is. Are there any BSA's that come near to the Diana 280 or HW95?
  2. I saw the one you had up for sale, I liked the look of it.
  3. I have been thinking about getting another air rifle for a while and wonder if anybody could give some recommendations? I currently have a HW100TK which I am very happy with but would like a spring gun to maybe improve my technique. I am joining a club tonight where a lot of the shooting is at around 20 metres from a standing position, so I was thinking maybe a light weight gun would be good? I have a budget of around £300, don't mind new or second hand. Thanks Andy
  4. If that's the name of the programme then it's hardly going to be balanced. Most of the television media are urban lefties in the uk, wouldn't be surprised if it's the same there.
  5. Insure the dog as a mongrel, if you don't have much cash put to one side the you'll need one which pays the vet direc like pet plan. Costs about £14 a month.
  6. Bit strong that, what's your story then?
  7. I bloke I know lost an agility collie at 3 years old, it was a very short time after it's boosters, there was no diagnosis of what caused it's death but the guy believes it was the boosters. Maybe if there was a proper survey into dogs which had reactions and died of the boosters, who knows the it might even out weigh the benefits. Of course this will never happen because the vets would never let go of that cash cow.
  8. Last time my mate went down to the RSPCA vets, the waiting room was full of young chavs with there pit bulls having fighting wounds treated.
  9. Pet insurance is not the long term answer. When the vet finds out you've got insurance they fu.cking really go to town with the treatment. Which in turn makes the insurance more expensive or raises the access. Eventually insurance will be too expensive for most people.
  10. Is that directed at me? i dont Hannah, no problem. No mate it was directed at fish
  11. I have to add, seeing your views on the RSPCA, how could you even consider using them?
  12. Bollocks! I walk mine round a park full of dogs and there's never a problem because they are well socialised and obedient. I know, some women have no idea and live in a state of constant panic.
  13. I like this site because - It's one of the last bastions of non-politically correct, bollocks to you all, free speach. Bit like getting transported temporally back into the 1970's Good advice, often from good people. Get to chat with people from all parts of the British Isles Get to laugh about the mad women who come on here, stiring things up because all guys know that nothing shags like a nutter Dislike - I don't take things to heart enough to dislike anything or anybody because in the end the shit stiring is just internet talk and the arseholes very quickly get j
  14. Yes and the earth is flat and the moon is made of cream cheese.
  15. I don't know about the Ken part, I'm more concerned when someone starts referring to themselves as the third person ha ha.
  16. It looks to me like the problem is of the vets making. Too many have experienced vets that put lining there pockets before animal welfare. So although vets in theory are the best ones to take advice from, many of us think 'Is this the best advice for me or the vets pocket'? I would guess that pet insurance will be void if boosters are not up to date within the next few years, I'm surprised that is not the case now. It is a sorry state of affairs but greed is such an over riding aspect to life in modern Britain.
  17. Now let's get this settled once and for all! Is there anybody on this site that has lost a dog or know somebody who has lost a dog, due to it not having it's boosters. I for one have never had a dog receive a booster and they have all made old age. I have never heard of a dog die either from lack of boosters.
  18. I think if dogs have constant contact with other dogs then they will keep the immunity. My dogs chase a ball over the park that is full of dogs, they must benefit from the dirty ball in there mouth each day. Different maybe if a dog is agressive and is kept isolated or if one is never walked (like half my neighbours constantly barking shit arsed westies and king charles gay spaniels)
  19. When I read the headline it took me about half a second to guess the person convicted's background. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/18/20110317/tuk-callous-and-greedy-woman-convicted-o-a7ad41d.html Greed runs through to the core !
  20. Thank's for the offer mate. In all honesty I have never even picked one up before but it is my favourite air rifle looks wise by far. I will try to find time get to the gun shop in Wembley in the next two days and have a hold . Shepp
  21. I might have been interested if you were'nt so far away.
  22. These cu.nts on the protest are mainly pampered public sector workers and spotty student twats going through there marxist phase. All the wankers know about is spending and nothing about fixing a wrecked economy. If they think they are marching for me then they are deluded. I think the productives in society should stage a reality march.
  23. My HW100 .22 loves H&N FTT and RWS SUPERDOMES My .177 loves the same.
