  1. For cuts on the pads i normally bathe once a day for the first 3 days then just leave it to heal,i live close to the coast so if i have time i run them down t the beach, just what i was told off my vet, and it seems to work fine.
  2. well said young lady, you have an excellent understanding of this site :clapper:

  4. No,cos when i was a young fella mobile fones didnt exist lol,now im older i dont lose my rag much. Last time was just before xmas when the local smack head tried it on with my sons mate, well actually had him on the deck stamping on him. So he got the elbow in the teeth Theres still fight in the old dog
  5. Fiat punto, paid £200 for it nearly 4 years ago and all its cost me is a set of pads, new front pipe, tyres and minor stuff for the m.o.t.'s. Its called "the mobile kennel" by the lads i work with as it smells a bit,and some of them prefer to get the bus to work than jump in it for a lift :clapper:
  6. Easy fellas :clapper: we all made mistakes and we all learn. Its good advice though mate, read the articles and your catch rate will definitely improve, good luck with it,and post some pics when you do start catching
  7. Got to admit ive had a look on there Basically theyre all barmy, and youre right they treat their dogs like human babies, which is fair enough if thats what you want to do. But its not right, cant imagine many of their dogs are 100% happy being treat like that? Live and let live is what i say, must dash, got a jelly and ice cream party going on for my little dahlings pooch party :clapper: :clapper:
  8. Well said,i know fuk all bout snoop or his dogs, but he seems to be having a fookin good time and from what ive read on here is prepared to put the time and effort into his hunting and young dog. Mebbes if more of us done this there would be less time for all the bickering and bitching Good post anyway snoop, good to see lads getting stuff done
  9. Cheers mate, they havent seen much graft but they enjoy what they get and i enjoy getting out with them

    baby died

My heart felt sympathies go out to the family and the little fella. Can i just say its not just dogs that need to be kept away from the kids. Your ferrets can do a lot of long lasting damage to a baby asleep in its cot if their allowed in the house.
  12. Raw minced beef/chicken/tripe also oily fish once or twice a week, bones when i can get them and whatever they catch which aint f@ckin often as ive no permish at the moment lol
  13. Mine picked up some cuts and grazes on hard ground,i normally bathe the in warm salty water.BUT,only do this after the dogs feet have warmed back up to body temp. Then as has been said let them heal naturally.
  14. Had the mutts out yesterday and this morning, ground is hard as f@ck on the ploughed fields, but ok on the fields with grass. Heres a couple of shots anyway, dunno whats up with the camera but everything looks a blue colour
  15. I'd do it nee botha, why? Cos im a fruit loop Seriously though,my old fella was a para and he reckoned its a fantastic rush, dunno what height he jumped from but my sister has some photos of when he was jumping, looks awesome. Anyway lifes not about being all warm safe and cosy all the time, sometimes you need to be scared sh#tless, take afew risks and collect a few scars, otherwise youve got nothing to talk to the grandbairns about hehehe Yeah i'd do it mate,in fact im going to look into it see how much it costs,im 45 but i reckon it would be fantastic to try it.
  16. Fantastic news for you and your boy,bet your boy is sooooooooo relieved, bless him. Just goes to show not all groups of people can be tarred with the same brush.
  17. Just the other night i was talking to one of my polish mates at work,he sets and runs laser cutting machines. I was asking him about poland and where he was from, just general chat,i asked him if he would return home one day,his answer was," no,back home is shit,i work here now,but here is also shit now,so i will look for more work in europe or somewhere else"

  19. Ianb, its one thing being wired up but have you been wired up correctly??? And its about time you and simonman came clean about the WMD,were there any? or are you both in on the massive corporate rebuild? :clapper:
  20. With a webley vulcan, . . . . . . . . no less
  21. The personal computer is the biggest piece of evidence that can be used against you in some cases. It logs everything you do on it,every thing that is typed, posted or commented on.Every web site you visit, what you have downloaded or viewed, even how long you have viewed stuff for. Instant messages,pm's and e-mails are never completely removed from it,and the authorities can retrieve stuff that you have long forgotten about. Thats the reality folks. What grounds would they sieze your pc under? Well my sons was siezed because he was 'suspected' of graffitting on an underpass wall, trivial c
  22. Its an open forum, anyone can join,so obviously anyone who wants to undermine our sport/game/way of life is going to join and copy pics, comments etc. With the technology available these days no one can really expect to remain anonymous, its no good blaming Ianb or the mods, theyre not the ones posting dodgey pics! A lot of people really need to stop and think what theyre posting, before they post it methinks?
  23. Lol if your not doing nowt wrong theres no problem then, and its been known for years that antis, rspca and the boys in blue are on here :clapper:
  24. Just this week been put on 3 day/week,its not looking good in the manufacturing industry
  25. I looked at the montana but it seems to be a very warm jacket with people taking the lining out because it is too warm! With that in mind i looked at the pacha and thought of it as a rain jacket rather than an all round jacket,i can always put a micro-fleece or fleece on underneath it if it gets too cold. Plus i found the price of £48 much more agreeable, especially to a tight tw@t like me. Hoping its going to come today.
