    .22 Spectre with a HW98 barrel and Matt Winser silencer. Hawke Sidewinder 30 SF Pro scope as a springer. HW100KT in .22 with the same scope as above.

    The 2 best pellets in mine are AA Fields and Falcon AP. The Falcon pellets shoot the best though.

    If your going down that route Brendan ask Tony Wall to fit the Webley Vulcan spring for you mate and tune it to 9.5 FPE. It will then rise to between 10.5 and 11.5 as it beds in.

    Ive got many top class tuned springers Brendan but my HW98 is my best. I didnt think I would ever choose any springer over my .22 HW97KT but this gem is diamond in the rough. You and Joe sat with me last Sat evening and watched it shoot them 100 meter cans 7 times on the trot (shame I didnt do it in the comp) and then shoot my best group ever in my life. 7 shots at 53 meters in 1 hole the diameter of 1 and a half .177 pellets. I dont think Joe believed what he was seeing through his scope.

    Its the taking part that counts mate. And if you would of stopped longer to the end you would of seen i did get a cup for second place in the recoiling HFT class and a certificate for 1st in the slingshot challenge, so up yours :-) Thanks to everyone that attended and well done to Davy and Charlie for all their hard work organising the event.     A man as been posting on VHTV clips that the police are investigating the owner of SFS (Bob) for a altercation with a 6 year old boy in the shop. I have been blocking his fake I.D's and removing the comments. Last time it was a unzeroed Pro Sport this time its a deadly accurate HFT target killer. Watch and weep.

    Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment. Me and Davy really enjoy being out shooting and filming for VHTV.     Them groups are good Scott. Nothing wrong with them mate. I went to the range with my HW98 yesterday and my son using Lauras Ultra SE. It was printing sub 5p size 3 shot groups time and time again at 55 yards with it. Its now doing 11.08 FPE but with PTFE washers fitted instead of extra spring so its smooth as. Si.

    The Law states It is also against the law, in England and Wales, to fire an air rifle within 50 feet of the centre of a highway (which consists of or comprises a carriageway)if in consequence a user of the highway is injured, interrupted or endangered. These offences could be committed, for example, when someone is shooting in their garden close to a public highway and the pellets ricochet onto the highway. So as long you are 15 m away when you take your shot you should be ok yes 50 feet I was thinking 50m for some reason my mistake .... but I still feel the shots were irresponsible

    They wont be for a few weeks mate as Tony is away on holiday. Trust me though if you are thinking of getting your rifle tuned by SFS it will be the best £70 or £140 you have spent on it mate I'm sure. Dont just take my word for it though as there are many lads in this section now with a SFS tuned springer see what they think mate. Si.

    Hi VM, We now after a few years of playing with CGP have found that if you enter accurate data you actually get very accurate data out. At first we always used to check the data produced and it was as accurate as it could be for what we had entered, but now the way we calibrate its spot on to the meter. Davy still checks more than me, (nothing wrong with this). I trust it now so don't bother as much to check it as i just do a gross error check against my older previous data to make sure that there inst a massive change.
