  1. A few pics of our Russell and a nice one of the Charlie from this dig. Fair play lads.
  2. Hahaha, well done gents, wounded I wasn't about to play out.
  3. Nice one Pend! PS. Good news about your bitch as well so I'm told!
  4. I'm not trying to question what you know about dogs and blood test do tend to take a few days at least to come through, but you can get test blood sugar levels in seconds. My brother is a diabetic and all it takes is a little drop of blood on a little strip that you wang into a device that reads whether or not your blood sugar levels are high or low, it literally takes seconds to find out. I shouldn't imagine that it'd change that dramatically to test a dogs blood sugar levels. and i would imagen the sugar levels would be all over the shop due to any poisioning ,just my thoughts ,

  6. Nice dog there looks as though its doing well.
  7. BRAVO! Make for some nice eating them will! If you're interested here's a Venison Pie recipe I put up not so long back (but as has been said, you really want to gut them asap because apparently the stomach contents can infest the meat and f**k it up). Venison pie recipe.
  8. Blimey, it looks as though his dogs have made that website for him.
  9. I'm game for a bit of that. PS. Ey Pend, that coat is the business mate .
  10. nice to see the old boy seeing the graft fair play decent size fox aswell. He had a big head more than anything no bites to the old boy nice and fresh Yeah he knows what he's doing don't he, which is no surprise with the amount of graft he's seen over the years. No need for any of that doubling up business with him. As I said to you before I don't really like that doubling up because from what I've seen with some dogs when they're doubled up on something they'll tend to try and pull the quarry off each other rather than dealing with it quickly and properly like proper fox dogs ten
  11. Look nice strong pups them mate. I like the coat on the patterdale, looks thick and wirey.
  12. Me and Penda went out tonight for a spot of lamping with his dog Jack, there wasn't much out at all, and after a couple of very near misses on a couple of bunnies we bumped into this fella - He's not the biggest Jack's had this season, but this spry little chap gave Jack a nice run before he got a hold of him and done what any working Lurcher worth feeding should do. Not a bad night after all Penda me mate, Jack wasn't messin' on that last run .
  13. In my personal opinion a dead animal hangs more loosely than what that fox does if its dead. Well done that bitch, and fair play Penda, your dogs have seen a lot of graft this season, it's always good to see that bitch of yours in form and doing well.
  14. It was just a thought, but if it was being worked and taken out as much as at least twice a week as well as the weekends then it can't of been that he wasn't getting out enough. Shame, but its good to see someone making a responsible decision with him if he was getting too aggressive.
