it's not fermenting after 48 hours , do i leave it a few more days or add some yeast ? ive been told not to add yeast but it doesnt seem to be kick starting. i think there is 18ltrs made up. cheers

No but they had some nice looking dogs. one of the coppers said dog gets the hare 99% of the time well if the lads where local of course the dogs get the hares 99% of the time , everyone knows the dogs round here are the best in the country -

i just made 20ltr's of champagne and ive been asked to make cordial , whats the difference apart from the citric acid? as they both ferment for the same amount of time????
