    J235SRU i presume is the original year of manufacture as 92 is a j plate ( nothing wrong there) it had an accident in dec 2006 and was written off but it doesnt state what cat it was given ( given the 14 years difference the insurance company may off seen it as a loss even thru minor damage) it probably sat in a garage or someones garden until it was repaired and a new plate applied for. if it was me i would just give the vin /chassis numbers the once over again against the v5 and get a reciept for it. how many owners has it had in the last 3 years since the new plate was applied

    why should anyone give out there home address and home number to a complete stranger? with so many hunters being targeted by anti's and thieves these days it seems stupid. there is post of someones house being turned over for a rapid7 and it maybe someone who they knew so why give it to someone you dont know. talk on mobiles and arrange a meet if it's that important to you. i have kids and guns in my house so why would i risk it? i have stuff sent to my inlaws or friends house if i cant meet due to distance. regarding dogs , whats the problem in putting in the motor and meeting

    I did a CAD CAM course back in 1988, when it first came about as part of my tool making career . Problem was so did Acid House and the rest is history and now I live in a field amongst a load of animals, what the feck happened there. Back to the question I think a lot can be learnt from DVD's but there is no substitute for experience and I think it all depends what you want to use it for.
