    just checking over these maran chicks and noticed a couple of lice moving about on the head so i must presume my flock will have them aswell which ive never noticed before. im going to treat all the coops for red mite anyway but whats a good treatment for these lice? thanks

    i purchased some copper maran eggs from melton a while ago and put them under a broody , this is what i found yesterday , bloody expensive chicks these £8 for 3 chicks

    i hate my phone and people soon forget how we used to get by lol but i couldnt be without one because of the kids , just means i have it on silent and look it occasionaly if i dont want to talk to anyone ( it's on silent 90% of the time)

    well i took on cade lambs that i was told was going to be a nightmare , i had 30 in all but sold a lot early days to pay for lamlac for mine , ive kept a couple back to put to tup this year and will be going down the cade route again next year but i wont be bottle feeding this time but have feeding buckets instead with the bottle as back up. i really enjoyed it and will be starting again with plans of 50 or so come spring. to kill and cut cost £29 which isnt bad seeings it is on my doorstep but word of warning , they are not to keen on you turning up in a small van with a couple in the

    nope , it's down to the officer and the way the owner behaves . this case the details of the owner was taken down and the dog had to be muzzled in a public place but he was allowed on his way with his dog. So assuming the dog behaves is he ok permanently now or could another copper seize the dog next time he's out? that i wouldnt know. the act was a farce anyway but now they are just letting people crack on

    ok a chap is walking down the road with a pit bull , 2 policemen approach him and say nice dog how's it bred ? chap replies boxer cross , policemen says no your lieing and pulls out a book full of pictures of pits and he puts his hands up to it . what do you think the outcome is?? the above is a true account by the way
