just wondering when breeding a litter of pups what percentage of a bitch's make up is given to the pups and what percentage comes from the dog ,Do you think it works 50/50 or is it a case of which has the stronger genes ,some might find this a silly question but if you dont ask you never learn cheers

sure was poach and we will all be back this year just hope you have a bigger tent mate 4 adults in a kids actionman tent like i say 4 adults in a action man tent the members on here wont believe it but its true it was one of those little tents that you take out the bag and it pops up its self ,in the morning my kids could not understand how there was one head and four legs sticking out the door

i am also looking for a new motor[4x4] and cant make my mind up what to get been thinking about a nissan navara then i get told the ford ranger is a good motor and then there's the hilux ,anyone got any info on there preference of preferably pickups

this could be a real useful thread as i am thinking about buying a 4x4 pickup but am unsure on which make/model to get ford ranger? nissan navara? toyota hilux? any info would be great

there were 8 in the litter 5 dogs and 3 bitches and i could not have picked a better bunch of lads to have them ,well done lads they're looking great i will try getting some pics of the others .Heres a pic when they were here

the thing is take yourself as an example [if you dont mind ] you have some good workers in your kennels and will know a few other lads with good workers also now a lad like yourself lets say had a real good little bitch would be looking for the right dog to put over your bitch .Well you would obviously want to see the dog go and no doubt the lad with the dog would want to see your bitch go ,Right your both happy with what you have saw and agree to the mating pups are born ready to go and you and the owner of the dog have yours and any friends have theres surely any given as pets wont ccome ba

so by worker to worker do you mean every genaration has to have worked or would you just as an example breed of a dog that was a top worker with 3-4 good hard seasons under his belt but it's mother and father were the type that stay 10 minutes and then come out .Would this be to much of a risk in your expierence or because the dog was as good would you take the chance [please understand i am no expert and am looking for opinions not trying to pick faults ]

i agree lucky looks should not come into it , a terrier should be judged on working ability .some lads seem totally against shows i dont see the problem with having a day out at your LOCAL show

Right i have read a few threads on here and no matter what breed -line of terrier is mentioned you get some saying that they are show shite or useless basically just putting them down ,So hows about letting others know what terrier breed - line that you rate lets keep it as an adult like post i'm not looking for anyone to knock what anyone else puts up
